Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, is a singer-songwriter and Canadian American. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco has released over 20 albums. Ani DiFranco is widely recognized as an icon of women's rights and Grammy award-winning musician is thought to be the pioneer of DIY music. She was one of the very first musicians to establish her own label in the year 90. DiFranco was born in Buffalo New York on September 23 1970 her parents Elizabeth (Ross) and Dante Americo DiFranco and Dante Americo DiFranco, who met while attending in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
